Administered compensation and benefit packages for executive level management within large companies. Duties included benefit calculation, database maintenance, production of reports, editing and quality control of enrollment packages, and maintaining correspondence with human resources personnel.

1993-1995
Collateral Review Specialist: First Interstate Bank
Reviewed appraisals for consideration as collateral within the loan application process. Supervised and coordinated 13-state operation. Responsible for training junior review specialists.
